What to do in Ibiza in 3 days: itinerary and good addresses
The story of our 3 days in Ibiza where we'll share all our good addresses and practical tips for visiting Ibiza in 3 days. Let's go!

Day 1: Discovering Dalt Vila, Cala Nova and the Las Dalias Hippy Market
Visit to Dalt Vila
Freshly arrived, we pick up our hire car to reach Dalt Vila, the fortified old town of Ibiza. Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, it's a town that wakes up quite late. So we advise you to come back in the evening if you like a lively atmosphere and some nice candlelit restaurants.

Once settled on a terrace for a coffee, we headed to its picturesque lanes, then we walked around the ramparts to take in the panoramic view: a breathtaking view over the town and the sea.

To park in Ibiza, go straight to the Es Pratet car park, a few minutes' walk from the port and the centre of Eivissa.
- All-inclusive cruise with snorkelling, paddleboarding and slides
- Ibiza: all-inclusive boat excursion to Formentera
- Visit Ibiza by quad
- Boat party with DJ and unlimited drinks
- Guided tour of Dalt Vila + craft workshop (weaving traditional esparto grass)
- Treat yourself to a tour of the island in a Land Rover Defender
- Book the Can Marça Caves
- Book your hot-air balloon flight
Lunch at Aiyanna in Cala Nova
After this little morning stroll, we headed to Cala Nova for lunch at Aiyanna Ibiza, a beach club renowned for its bohemian atmosphere and its delicious fresh fruit juices, healthy snacks and refreshing cocktails. To tell the truth, it wasn't our first choice, because initially we wanted to have lunch in a tiny waterside restaurant, El Bigotes… Unfortunately, it was full! So, just in case, remember to book.

Opposite the restaurant is Cala Nova, a pretty family beach with golden sand and turquoise waters. Ideal for relaxing, swimming and enjoying the sun. Water sports fans can also try surfing or windsurfing. You'll find a car park nearby.
Las Dalias Hippy Market
We'll end this first day with a visit to the Las Dalias hippy market, a must in Ibiza. We really loved the good vibes of this lively market, open from 6pm until late in the evening. There you'll find a multitude of stalls selling handmade items, bohemian clothes, jewellery and plenty of other souvenirs as well as food trucks. An ideal place to enjoy Ibiza's festive atmosphere with live music performances and colourful shows.

In the early evening, we went for dinner in a small, unassuming restaurant, but honestly it's an address to remember if you're fans of burgers and tacos: Can Garage.

Day 2: Cala Bassa, Santa Gertrudis de Fruitera and sunset at Sunset Ashram
Cala Bassa beach
We start this second day in Ibiza with a moment of relaxation on the beach of Cala Bassa, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. With its fine sand and crystal-clear waters, this beach is ideal for swimming and snorkelling. We found quite a few fish, crabs and hermit crabs there, by the way. You can also hire sun loungers and parasols for a morning of absolute relaxation.

For lunch, you can choose to stay on site by eating at the Cala Bassa Beach Club or their chiringuito. This beach club offers varied cuisine, from fresh seafood to Mediterranean dishes, all accompanied by spectacular sea views.

As for us, we packed up as soon as the beach filled up to have lunch on a terrace in the charming village of Santa Gertrudis de Fruitera.
Lunch in Santa Gertrudis de Fruitera
The atmosphere of this village is picturesque, you know the kind of place where you lose track of time. There you'll find many craft shops, art galleries and welcoming cafés. A chance to stroll through the lanes and discover the authentic side of Ibiza away from the tourist crowds.

What to do in Ibiza in 3 days? Our good addresses in Santa Gertrudis de Fruitera
- Bar Costa, renowned for its delicious tapas and Iberian ham sandwiches. Settle on the terrace and enjoy the village's relaxed atmosphere.
- L-Mental Ibiza Santa Gertrudis, a pretty shop of handmade objects, fashion and souvenirs

- Sluiz, a unique concept store 15 minutes from the town, completely wacky with objects of all kinds. Original atmosphere guaranteed
Sunset at Sunset Ashram or Café del Mar in Sant Antoni
In the late afternoon, head to Cala Comte to watch the sunset at Sunset Ashram. For sunset lovers, this iconic spot offers one of the most beautiful sunset views in Ibiza. All you have to do is settle in comfortably and admire the natural spectacle while sipping a cocktail.
For dinner, you can stay at Sunset Ashram to enjoy fusion cuisine inspired by the Mediterranean and Asia. The dishes are prepared with fresh, local ingredients, guaranteeing a memorable culinary experience.
Another option to end the evening: discover Ibiza's legendary nightlife with an evening at Pacha, one of the island's most famous clubs. Dance until the end of the night to the beat of the best international DJs.

Day 3: Portinatx, San Juan, Punta Arabí Hippy Market
Departure for Portinatx in the north of the island
We start this last day with a visit to Portinatx, an area known for its picturesque beaches and secret coves. We'll spend the morning recharging on the beaches of S'Arenal Gros and S'Arenal Petit with their translucent waters! For the more adventurous, a hike to the Moscarter lighthouse offers spectacular views of the coast.

For lunch, head to the boutique hotel Los Enamorados, which has a restaurant with a breathtaking sea view if you like fresh seafood. Otherwise, picnic on the beach in the shade of the umbrella pines.
Coffee break in San Juan
After lunch, head to the village of San Juan (Sant Joan de Labritja). Let's not lie to ourselves, there's not much to do. This peaceful village is renowned for its authenticity and its quiet atmosphere. A chance to sit down and have a coffee at Vista Alegre.
Also note this nice restaurant address: The Giri Café, with its lush garden and its menu offering organic and local products. Try their homemade pastries and fresh fruit juices if you get the chance.
Afternoon at the Punta Arabí Hippy Market
After this well-deserved break, head to the Punta Arabí hippy market in Es Canar. This market is one of the oldest and largest in Ibiza. A real festival of colour with plenty of souvenirs, handmade objects, jewellery and pretty, slightly bohemian dresses. Enjoy the live music and street shows that make this market truly unique.

A must not to be missed if you come to Ibiza. Note that unlike Las Dalias, this market is open in the afternoon. Check the days directly on the official website.

Nearby, you can have dinner by the sea in the chiringuito next door.
